20th Century Studios has debuted a deleted scene from The Bob’s Burgers Movie before the film’s home video release.

In the deleted scene debuting exclusively on CBR, titled “Grover’s Office,” Bob and Linda Belcher visit the office of Grover Fischoeder, the cousin of their landlord, Calvin Fischoeder. The couple hopes Grover can sign a form on his cousin’s behalf since Calvin doesn’t call back. After the office assistant asks the Belchers to be quiet as she is on the phone, Bob looks around the rest of the deleted scene in the office and is asked not to touch anything, including a chess piece. Grover’s Office will be included on the DVD along with two additional deleted scenes, Metal Detector and Burning Piers Bob’s Burgers Movie Blu-ray and DVD bonus features, available July 19th. Viewers are also given the option to enable comments Bob’s burger Creator Loren Bouchard and the film’s writer Nora Smith for each scene.

The Bob’s Burgers Movie was first announced in October 2017 and was originally scheduled for release on July 17, 2020. However, the film was later pushed back to April 2021 Bob’s Burgers Movie experienced significant delays due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and only officially opened in theaters on May 27, 2022. Despite positive reviews from critics The Bob’s Burgers Movie underperformed at the box office and grossed $31.8 million domestically. The worldwide total for the film at the time of writing is $33,992,377 against an estimated budget of $38 million.

Deleted Scenes from Bob’s Burgers & More

In addition to the deleted scenes, bonus features include animation extras, a making-of featurette with Bouchard discussing the process of filming his Emmy-winning animated television series, and an audio commentary track for the film by the cast and the Crew. This includes cast members H. Jon Benjamin (Bob Belcher), John Roberts (Linda Belcher), Dan Mintz (Tina Belcher), Eugene Mirman (Gene Belcher), Kristen Schaal (Louise Belcher), and co-directors Bouchard and Bernard Derriman, Writer Nora Smith and production designer Ruben Hickman. A new short titled “My Butt Has a Fever” starring the Belcher children will also be included with the home video release.

The Bob’s Burgers Movie follows the Belchers after a water main ruptures, creating a sinkhole in front of Bob’s Burgers, blocking the entrance to the restaurant. While Bob and Linda try to save their restaurant from closing, Tina, Louise and Gene venture out to solve a mystery that could save their family’s restaurant. The animated film is available digitally now and will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on July 19th. A 4K Ultra HD SteelBook® with custom artwork will also be available on the same day exclusively at Best Buy. The Bob’s Burgers Movie can also be streamed on HBO Max.
