Now you see how the holidays go crazy war of stars Universe! Here’s everything we know LEGO Star Wars: Summer Vacation.

Summer Vacation: The Storyline

This summer vacation will definitely be more than just a day at the beach. David Shayne, writer and producer of many Lego Star Wars Filming, gave everyone just a little taste of what could happen: “I don’t know how all your vacations went, but my family vacations have often gone a little wrong. It might happen to them.” It sounds like someone’s vacation could go a little off the rails. This movie might be one where we get a little surprise.

In the recently released trailer, Finn plans to take everyone for one last big hooray for the end of summer. So he rounds up all his friends including Rey, Poe, Rose, Chewie, BB-8, R2-D2 and C-3PO and sets off for good times and relaxing vibes. But that’s not all who will join the party. They all board the ultra-sleek star cruiser Halcyon, built for great parties, but plans quickly fall apart when Finn becomes separated from the rest of the group.

It seems Finn still has a few lessons to learn about what it really means to go on an adventure. Three force spirits, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Leia Organa, all appear to Finn and each tell him a story about how one of their journeys went wrong, but turned out great anyway. It looks like Finn has to figure out that vacations are about more than just having fun.

Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine are also on board to cause trouble. In the trailer, Palpatine is immediately obsessed when someone announces a party contest to see who will become the “rulers” of the beach. Palpatine’s megalomaniac side kicks in and he orders everyone to start a limbo contest. Darth Vader ups the ante when he replaces the levitation rod with his fully ignited lightsaber. The whole film is filled with good humor. Even though Palpatine was defeated, his dour face and sheer denial that he isn’t the greatest being in the universe makes for a hilarious parody of reality war of stars movies.

Summer Vacation: The Cast

If this movie didn’t sound weird enough already, now it gets a little weirder because it features music and parody star Weird Al Yankovic! That’s right, Weird Al will join the cast to voice Vic Vankoh, the human musician who once performed on the planet Scarif before an audience of Sith Lords. LEGO Star Wars: Summer Vacation will also feature some of Weird Al’s music which will be sure to get your funny bones tickled.
